Custom Case Statuses (Installation Tracking and Payment)

The user wants to be able to sort and filter their files based on custom statuses that correspond to their workflow: "prospect," "quote sent," "quote signed," "installation to be scheduled," "installation scheduled," "installation completed, awaiting payment," "case closed." Currently, the statuses are fixed and do not cover all these stages of project tracking.
