SMS Client to connect

When the customer receives the text message to log in, he has to enter his email address as a login. The problem is that when he wants to return to the site later in the day, he has to go through the text message again, which is no longer direct.
Feedback from several customers who find this too complicated (whereas the first connection has a great effect).
