Free choice of store when scheduling an appointment

I would like to be able to select any store or location from a drop-down menu when scheduling an appointment, regardless of the sales representative’s assigned territory. For example, if a sales representative is assigned to the Courbevoie territory but the customer prefers the Montrouge store, we should be able to select Montrouge.
