is it possible to set up a system so that the project owner is notified as soon as someone other than him adds a document or a message?

For example, if the accountant adds a message to the conversation with proof of payment and an invoice, the person in charge of the file will be notified.

Similarly, if we're talking internally, is it possible to notify the person for whom the message is intended?
