Customize the settlement % so that it calculates itself

Settlement %s are automatically proposed in the drop-down menu, but I'd like it to be customized as it doesn't suit our new methods. This requires us to calculate and enter the amount, rather than directly entering the desired %, creating a risk of error and an additional workload.
