Manually customizing user initials

I would like to be able to manually edit users' initials (for example, changing "SD" to "SBD") to avoid confusion when two sales representatives have the same initials (such as Sébastien DELANGE and Steeve DELAMARE). Currently, initials are generated automatically based on the first and last names.
