Hide the quote for certain contacts (e.g., tenants) when sending emails

As a user, I would like to be able to send an email to a contact (e.g., a tenant) without them having access to the project quote in their customer area. Currently, if a contact is added to the project, they have access to all documents, including the quote. It would be useful to be able to hide certain sensitive documents (such as the quote) for certain types of contacts while still allowing them to receive email communications via the platform.
