It would be a good idea for Pro Devis to be able to use an existing customer file in the database to generate a work order form - whether for a fee or under warranty - to be signed by the customer as a quotation before the work is carried out. This would enable the same validation process to be used, complete traceability to be maintained, and commitments to be secured before any on-site visit.
