Difficulty uploading photos and documents to the client file

Since the last update, it’s been very difficult to upload photos or documents via the interface. It’s the same whether on a PC or a phone.

The process takes longer (choosing the document type, etc.), which is fine, but now we’re limited to a maximum of 20 photos at a time and can’t upload as many as before. We have to upload photos one by one and documents one by one—it takes forever!

Whereas before, it was flawless and super smooth.
