Keep multiple copies of insurance certificates (ten-year warranty, etc.)

I would like to be able to keep multiple versions of my ten-year insurance certificate (for example, 2025 and 2026) without the new version overwriting the old one. Currently, when a document is replaced, the old version becomes inaccessible to past clients, which makes it difficult to track cases.
