It would be helpful to add an area visible only to the annotation or comments company, so that details about the project can be noted, such as the estimated time it will take for the customer to make a decision. Sometimes we know that the decision will not be made quickly (due to compromises, budget forecasts, etc.).

Our supervisor will then be able to see this information at a glance.
