Block the signing of expired quotes (validity period has expired)

As a user, I would like to be able to block the signing of a quote once its validity period has expired (for example, after one month). Ideally, a custom error message would appear for the customer, such as: "Since the validity period has expired, please contact your representative to update the quote." This would prevent us from receiving quotes that have been signed after the deadline.
