Currently, Revel'home automates the sending of an SMS and an e-mail to invite the customer to pay the first deposit. However, there is no automatic confirmation e-mail sent to the customer once the first deposit has been paid. This feature would allow a confirmation e-mail to be sent to the customer as soon as payment of the first instalment is recorded. This e-mail would also include a reminder of the payment conditions for future instalments, thus improving the customer experience and communication.
