Addition of a Customer Service and Troubleshooting tab for each customer

Include the request for after-sales service or troubleshooting in this tab

Management of photos submitted by the customer if necessary
Internal management of quotes and other invoicing for each tab if payment is required
Management of specific appointments
The ability to move requests from one tab to another if the customer has not made the correct request
Provide a shortcut in the left column for the sole management of after-sales service or repairs

Addition of a request form to be completed by the customer and validated by users if it is an after-sales service or repair request, in order to classify it in the correct category.
